Grant Review

It is recommended to update your community needs assessment bi-yearly. This allows for updated data for fundraising and enables you to adjust the direction of your essential programs as needed.
Program Creation Package
Getting ready to expand your services but need help officially creating your new program? We can help ensure you start off on the right foot, creating a program that will be organized, optimal for obtaining funding, and tracks impact from the beginning. The Project Creation takes place over a minimum of one month and includes active communication with your executive team and program staff throughout the process.
